Objective: Successfully launch a new store opening in a new or our heritage market.
Role: To oversee the entire Grand Opening event by presenting to our CEO for approval, artwork design, copywriting, vendor onboarding, planning and execution with the mall management and donations to a local high school/college/non-profit.
Results: A sales-driven Grand Opening event that reaches are set ROI and KPIs. Overall bringing a fun event to the local city, and showcasing the Tilly’s experience.
