Objective: To create compelling assets for the season-specific campaign for eCommerce, digital, and print assets.
Role: The on-site Production Manager for overseeing the entire production of the season’s campaign by ensuring we stay on track while on set. My sole purpose was to ensure the team stayed organized, efficient, and caught any misses to create a smoother backend process.
Results: Due to becoming a well-oiled machine, we were able to cut production days from three to two days. It saved the company $30k-$50k depending campaign size.
