Joshua Vides x Herschel - ComplexCon
Objective: To bring Joshua Vides Herschel Collaboration to life at ComplexCon NOV18 by building a rocket ship merchandise photo op display.
Role: Paint assistant, Set Up & Break Down the booth, and merch display set up.
Results: A booth that sold out all products and created hundreds of UGC

Objective: Host an experiential party with live dancers, performers, music performances, and blacklight painting for the elite creators of Musical.ly as we did the live countdown to merge to the TikTok platform.
Role: Event Manager Assistant
Results: The clients loved the party so much that they wanted to run overtime by two hours. Since then, the TikTok app has 500M active users today.

Objective: To create compelling assets for the season-specific campaign for eCommerce, digital, and print assets.
Role: The on-site Production Manager for overseeing the entire production of the season’s campaign by ensuring we stay on track while on set. My sole purpose was to ensure the team stayed organized, efficient, and caught any misses to create a smoother backend process.
Results: Due to becoming a well-oiled machine, we were able to cut production days from three to two days. It saved the company $30k-$50k depending campaign size.

Objective: To create a gradient and beauty filter on Instagram using Spark AR.
Role: Designer + Programmer

Joshua Vides x EBAY - ComplexCon 2018
Objective: To bring Joshua Vides’ eBay Collaboration to life at ComplexCon NOV18 by building a secret room with an enter and exit hallways, interactive design space, custom live screen printers for T-Shirt and Converse merchandise.
Role: Organize signature signings with Joshua Vides, oversee the merchandise, create a production line for the live screen printing, process all transactions, and up-sell customers.
Results: The booth that sold out all Converse and Custom Screen Prints. It also created hundreds of UGC for both parties.

Objective: To host a holiday party in Los Angels for Tillys’ proprietary brand, RSQ.

Objective: To create an increase of in-store traffic and sales, while bringing brand awareness to our partners. Additionally, we offered an interactive experience to the Tillys customer at 240 stores nationwide.
Role: Oversaw the entire creative process from concept to creation, digital ad spend strategy, working one-on-one with the designer (print and digital), crafting copy, themes/activation, asset distribution (media, malls, ads, and more) and handling vendor/brand relationships.
Results: Each event had an increase in ROI from 6% to 12% (ecom and in-stores)

Objective: Successfully launch a new store opening in a new or our heritage market.
Role: To oversee the entire Grand Opening event by presenting to our CEO for approval, artwork design, copywriting, vendor onboarding, planning and execution with the mall management and donations to a local high school/college/non-profit.
Results: A sales-driven Grand Opening event that reaches are set ROI and KPIs. Overall bringing a fun event to the local city, and showcasing the Tilly’s experience.
